All's well that ends well!
I was having such a terrible day, but Josh Allen saved me once again.First, I was watching the Utah game cause I totally forgot that the NFL Honors were on tonight. I don't know, I had thought they were Saturday night but boy was I wrong. I watched the whole thing and am generally pleased with how it panned out. Of course I'm ecstatic that Josh won MVP. I firmly believed he was the most valuable player, but I did not think he would win the actual award accordingly. I never Billieve. I'm so so so happy for him, he really does deserve it and I know he was depressed with the end of the season because he didn't go to the pro bowl or his golf tournament. He always goes to one or the other, but he must have been too upset. I have some hot take on a lot of the awards. O'Connell for coach of the year complete me surprised me. Of all the nominees I thought he was the least likely to get it. Very surprised there! I'm very glad Travis Kelce didn't win man of the year, I think a lot of what he does is so forced and doesn't come across as sincere. I do think it's objectively wrong that Lamar Jackson came out empty handed. Of course, I was rooting for Josh for MVP, but Jackson had an amazing season and should have won something. I was very glad to see Daniels do as well as he did, I think he deserved both of his awards (sorry Bo Nix). All the nominees for rookie of the year were amazing, but Daniels is in a league of his own. He plays like a veteran, it's hard to believe he is a rookie. Didn't love Snoop's monologue. I think a lot of his jokes were a little too on the nose. I know he's a bog football fan but I think thats the problem. He was saying stuff that people say amongst themselves, but things that I don't think can be said at an NFL sanctioned event.
And while I wasn't watching yet again Utah won in OT.
Turned my otherwise terrible day around.
